Of course with all of this vandalism going on, it turned into a snowball fight. I have to say that Emma started it. It almost ended as soon as it started when Emma got a bit of snow in her eye. But she quickly rallied by throwing a couple snowballs at me. She was pretty relentless. I was even hitting her with some and she just got more to throw at me. We then decided to make a prince and a princess print in the snow... Emma's idea. It was a little heavy to be doing angels, and perfect for making prints. Emma made a few an so did I.
Our hands were getting a little cold, so we decided to head in. Not to mention that it was 9:00pm and Emma was screaming and laughing and I started to wonder what our neighbors would be thinking. As we headed in, Emma wanted to take in a little snowman that she could put by her bed. I was able to convince her that the sink may be a better home. So there it melted.
I'm sure I did some lifelong damage to her by robing her of her Hallmark moment. But I guarantee yu that we had a lot more fun.

You are such a good Daddy... I loved watching you two play together in the snow. I have great memories making snowmen with my Daddy too. Emma will always treasure these moments with you. XOXO
Way to go Roger! What a great dad to go out and play in the snow at 8pm with Emma. I'm sure that will be a long lasting memory for her and she will now have pictures to help her remember.
Roger,
You are such an amazing daddy to Emma! As your friend, it is great fun to watch you and Jessi allow Emma to engage in "out of the box" activities and teach her to find the real fun in life. Who cares about Hallmark, when you are making original memories for your daughter?!

CUTE MITTENS! I wish I was your daughter. . . .nice job Rog.
Have you ever considered adopting?????
If there is a waiting list, would you add me to it??????
What a treasured memory you two shared....
Maybe that is the problem with my kids we have no hallmark moments. Is sitting down watching Cops count on a hallmark moment?
Wonderful fun, and terrific memories, captured by a pro.
Love you, Rog!
Tim
PS, why do we have to verify words to post a comment? Just wondering...
to keep "spam" out... means you have to be a human to comment, not a computer. some folks have computers that go and post advertisements on blog comments. make sense?
Wow Roger, great pics. It's great to see Emma creating some lifelong memories of time you two spend together. I know that memories that I have with my dad are precious to me.
Rog- I LOVE these pictures and the grin on your face and Emma's face! She adores you and you adore her! What a great gift to each of you!
When I was her age, I used to have outrageous (inside the house) water fights with my Dad. Those memories are still precious to me after all these years! She'll never forget her snowman crushing with her Daddy (or the fact you built her a snowman to begin with!)As Emma says..."Love you so much..love you so much!" Love you both! Linda
